I'm Finally Updating my Blog!

I woke up this morning to a running toilet. 

I found the flapper in the tank had rotted off.  So I went to the Home Depot to get parts.

I started to dismantle the broken part out of the toilet tank.

The Rubber Part is completely broken away from this part

And here is the rubber flapper.  It really made my hands black.

I pulled out the new part.

The new one is much cleaner.. for now.

The fully assembled tank works like a charm.. then I found the instructions.. I did it right.

la cops off road over the hills .  Out of frame is an under cover car with another 5 guys being questioned.

The cops hassle the dealers...

These guys are respectable citizens.. according to their mothers.  The cops are probably confiscating grass.

 I'm told cow Manure burns grass... but it's spread out now..

poo.  fun to say, fun to do.

 Look at my sprouts of grass... As it gets taller I will add more dirt and seed.

 The grass is too tall in areas.

I've blocked off the areas scooby runs to protect my precious grass buds.

I spread my seed like a man hoe.

I even bought a new spreader.

Please do not case all the crap in the garage.

 Here is all the yard waste from last week... bags 6 through 12.

It took Melissa 6 hours to cut down the sticks and bag them as Jack and I went driving.

You suckers just read about grass...

Of course I go out and look at it's growing progress.  

I won't tell you how many hundreds of dollars it costs to create this grass master piece. 

But if it doesn't work I'm going to plant Moss next year. 

Green and fuzzy.. grows on rocks.. perfect.

The crossing guards (behind the tree) are so confused.. where in the street will the children cross now???

Parents dropping their kids off at school.. most of these parents should invest in driving lessons, and ESL lessons.  They must not know how to read because they always park infront of my drive way or in the no parking zones.  I'd make a bundle If I owned a tow truck... learn to spell I-m-p-o-u-n-d yard.

Maybe their kids wouldn't weigh more then me if they walked to school..

My drive way is the new cross walk....

Three guys work, while one guy watches.. my municiple taxes are hard at work.. I want a Refund.

So these guys poured a new curb that will let wheel chairs get up onto the side walk. 

They also put two cement posts in the ground about 3 feet high.  This will hinder the schools snow plow, and the cops.. they're the only people that drive up my drive into the school yard.

Then bell finished burying the phone lines but they only connected one of the two lines.. So I'm without a home phone for 24 hours.. ARRRRRGH!! dumb fackers!!!!

 It is now 1 pm.. Bell has come and gone and I'm still without phone.

Is it bad when the Bell technician says

 "I don't know what the hell they've done.  You'll have to get out the line crew"...???

The dogs all freaked out now and I havn't slept in 22 hours.  I have to wake up in 3 hours for Seans dinner.
